Since her orchestral debut at age 10 young violinist Doren Dinglinger has performed on many of the world´s important stages, including Avery Fisher Hall New York, Philharmonie Berlin, Konzerthaus Berlin, Beethovenhalle Bonn, Rudolphinum Prag, Liederhalle Stuttgart.
The press praised her concentrated passion, established interpretations and technical perfectness.
Ms. Dinglinger has won top prizes and awards in many competitions, such as 1st prize at "Jugend musiziert", Germany, 1st prize Lions Clubs International Competition, Germany, the "Jaroslav Kocian" International competition, Ústí nad Orlichí, Czech Republic and the International violin competition "Jean Rogister", Verviers, Belgium.
Ms. Dinglinger was recently awarded with the C. V. Starr scholarship from the Juilliard School, as well as wih the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) and PE- Förderkreis scholarships.
In November of 2007 Ms. Dinglinger has been selected for a masterclass with William Christie & Les Arts Florissantes in the Juilliard School, in which she will perform on a baroque violin. In 2006 Ms. Dinglinger was selected for the 3- year Villa Musica chamber music program in which she performed in the Rudolphinum, Prag. Ms. Dinglinger was awarded with a scholarship for the Chautauqua music festival, New York, the Encuentro de Música et Academía de Santander, Spain and Prussia Cove, UK
Ms. Dinglinger has performed as a soloist of Stuttgarter Kammerorchester, Loh Orchester Sondershausen and Philharmonie Bad Reichenhall. Beside that Ms. Dinglinger has been the concertmaster of Junges Kammerorchester Stuttgart, Hochschulorchester Trossingen and Hochschulorchester “Hanns Eisler” Berlin. In the 2006/2007 season Ms. Dinglinger won the audition for substitutes for Deutsche Oper Berlin. Concert tours brought her to Belgium, China, Croatia, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Russia, Spain, and the United States. Ms. Dinglinger chamber music appearances include partners as Dimitri Ashkenazy, Nicholas Chumachenko, Patrick Demenga, Philippe Graffin, Ramon Jaffe, Ulf Rodenhäuser and Paul Rivinius. Ms. Dinglinger attended masterclasses with Ana Chumachenco, Pierre Amoyal, Zakhar Bron, Hermann Krebbers, Christian Tetzlaff, Aaron Rosand, Riccardo Ricci and Rainer Kussmaul.
Ms. Dinglinger was born in Stuttgart, Germany, where she started playing the violin at the age of 7 at the Music School Stuttgart. Her later teachers include Wolfgang Marschner (Freiburg), Antje Weithaas (Berlin), Wolfram König (Trossingen) and Ulf Wallin (Berlin). Ms. Dinglinger graduated at the Hochschule für Musik “Hanns Eisler” Berlin in 2007 and is currently enrolled in the Master of Music program of the Juilliard School New York as a student of Ronald Copes.
Ms. Dinglinger performs on a violin by J.B. Vuillaume, on loan from the “Landessammlung Streichinstrumente Baden Württemberg”.
